78kg

That’s my goal to achieve by my 30th birthday in September. I started from a little over 100kg in March (but didn’t have working scales at the time.) 78kg is the top of the BMI scale’s ‘normal’ range for my 177cm height, and I don’t know the last time I was in that band.

Offsite Backup

Offsite backup is really important to keep your files available to you. I’m going to assume you already have a backup on a USB drive at your desk - if not, Time Machine is well worth investigating - but have you considered how you get your data back in scenarios like these:

Formatting a borked encrypted HSF+ drive

I keep a multitude of backups - you should do the same, it’s super important. That meant that when my Time Machine external HDD stopped recognising my encryption password for it, I wasn’t too worried - I knew I still had three other backups.
